Mr Floyd Selomo is an admitted attorney of the High Court with 7 years post articles (and 9 years overall) practicing experience, focusing and specializing in corporate and commercial law, litigation, employment and labour law, mining law and mine health and safety. In addition, Mr Selomo is well versed with the practices and procedures of the Magistrate’s Court, High Court, CCMA, Labour Court and the Department of Mineral Resources. During his time as a student at the University of Pretoria, Mr Selomo was a Judge of the Student Court, which formed part of the University’s disciplinary system, and a member of the Executive Council and Vice President of Kollegetehuis (one of the University residences). Furthermore, Mr Selomo was on the Dean’s List of Merit. In brief, Mr Selomo is multilingual, with good interpersonal skills and a remarkable ability to relate, achieve and deliver practical and viable legal solutions and results.

QUALIFICATIONS
Mr Selomo holds an LLB degree (University of Pretoria) and an Advanced Certificate in Prospecting and Mining Law (Wits). He also holds N1, N2 and N3 National Certificates in Electrical Engineering (Waterberg FET College). He is currently completing his LLM - Corporate Law (Unisa), and he is studying towards an MBA (Regenesys).
